Ajay Sathe PGDM, IIM is CEO of Cytel Statistical Software & Services India Pvt. Ltd. Ajay has 22 years' experience in the IT industry in various roles. He has been instrumental in starting Cytel's Pune operations in 1998. He has had an extensive international exposure in technical and business development functions. Prior to his current assignment, Ajay cofounded Spectrum Business Support Limited, and served on its board as Technical Director for thirteen years. Apart from custom development projects, he led Spectrum's technical team to create pioneering information products such as JURIX - a comprehensive Law Information resource with intelligent full-text search. In his first job at CMC Limited, Ajay worked on an optimization project involving scheduling of helicopters for offshore oilrigs. Ajay studied Electronics Engineering at Banaras Hindu University and Management at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Shrikant Athavale Mechanical and Industrial Engineer, is Executive Director of TechKnit IT Enabled Services Pvt.Ltd. and spearheads the new initiatives in IT enabled services, especially in eLearning. Shrikant has nearly 40 years of experience in a variety of industries and businesses. Starting his career in Industrial Engineering function in a Manufacturing set up, he rose to become the Vice President of Operations at Indian Card Clothing Company Ltd, a high-technology engineering company in Pune. In the meanwhile, he served in managerial functions in several reputed companies like Crompton Greaves, Rallis, Siemens, Murphy and Johnson & Johnson. Shrikant studied Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Bombay University / NITIE, and later added qualifications in Statistical Quality Control, Operations Research and Financial Management. He is qualified as a Lead Assessor for ISO 9000, and contributes on executive councils of several professional associations of Engineers and Managers. He has traveled extensively in Europe for techno-commercial business transactions and has substantial contributions in strategic turnaround of a business in UK.
